DTS - Invalid Pointer

How can I debug this issue since the SP works ok but when it tries to send out to a text file (using the Text Destination) I gety this?I have tried this also and sometimes get the same results. Do we have to create the file beforehand in Notepad with no content? Does it have to be deleted each time before running the package to force the package to create it each time? Do we need to create a share on the drive and use a UNC name to the file? I tried logging in from another server and running the package but this did not work this time. It has worked other times. HELP!!!
